The Armin Grewe Homepage

A panorama of a view over the Summer Isles from a hill above Altandhu. On the left Meall Dearg (160m), the bay below with the boats is called Old Dorney Bay. Only the top of Tannera Mòr, the largest of the Summer Isles, is visible behind the ridge. To the right of it and slightly further away is Eilean Dubh. The group of larger islands behind the sound include Tanera Beag and Eilean Fada Mòr, on a clearer day the Torridon Hills would be visible behind them in the distance. Just below is Isle Ristol with a nice sandy bay. Behind it in the distance Priest Island. The last island on the right of the panorama is Eilean Mullagrach, if you look closely you can make out a green tent on it.

And if you're wondering where the village of Altandhu is, it's just below but I've "hidden" it with the crest of the hill from where this panorama was taken.

You can navigate by pointing your mouse over the panorama and moving it while pressing the mouse button. You can zoom in/out with the +/- controls just under the panorama.
