Looking west River Affric and Loch Affric between the two young trees, when you zoom in you might just be able to make out the bridge at Affric Lodge. Sgùrr na Lapaich (1036m/3367ft) to the right of Loch Affric. The plaque at the viewpoint is a tribute by the Forestry Commission to Professor Steven and all foresters who have worked to save the pinewoods in Glen Affric.
