The Armin Grewe Homepage

A view over the machair at Ardnave Point in the north west of Islay. We are looking mainly north and north-east towards Ardnave Point, behind the dunes Nave Island is partly visible. In the distance over the sea you can see Colonsay and Oronsay. Behind Colonsay the silhouette of the Isle of Mull with Ben More prominently visible. There's also at least one rabbit in the panorama, try to find it...

You can navigate by pointing your mouse over the panorama and moving it while pressing the mouse button. You can zoom in/out with the +/- controls just under the panorama. Some areas in the panorama are hotspots, if you move your mouse pointer over them a short explanation will show in the status bar of the panorama window.

If you came from the Two weeks on Islay in June 2007 travelogue you can return to the travelogue and further pictures of Loch Gruinart and Ardnave in the north west of Islay.
