A view over Laggan Bay with the Big Strand from Turnaichaid (170m) on the Rhinns of Islay. The view is south-east from this hill on the Rinns of Islay, going over Loch Indaal (not really visible) to Laggan Bay. The Big Strand stretches along the bay, all the way from Laggan in the north-west (left) to Kintra in the south-west (right). Glenegedale with the airport can be made out on the left. The Maltings in Port Ellen can be recognised by the smoke, the hills of Kintyre in the background. The northern half of The Oa in the right of the panorama.
You can navigate by pointing your mouse over the panorama and moving it while pressing the mouse button. You can zoom in/out with the +/- controls just under the panorama. Some areas in the panorama are hotspots, if you move your mouse pointer over them a short explanation will show in the status bar of the panorama window.
